Secrets of Power Negotiation

I'll be away again on 29-30 June, attending the seminar by Roger Dawson.
Here are the things I am expecting to learn:

BEGINNING NEGOTIATING GAMBITS.
How to get the negotiations started so that you end up with a win-win solution.
Why you should never say Yes to the first offer.
Six reasons to ask for more than you expect to get.
Why you should Flinch when the other side asks you for a concession.
How to avoid confrontation.
Play Reluctant Buyer.
Look out for the Reluctant Seller.
How to use the Vise gambit.
THE FIVE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU A GREAT NEGOTIATOR.
Why you always think you have a weaker hand than you really do.
Negotiating is played by a set of rules, just like the game of chess.
The importance of practice. Learn to concentrate on the issues, not the personalities.
The word NO is simply an opening negotiating position.
MIDDLE NEGOTIATING GAMBITS.
Why you should never let the other side know you can make a decision.
How to remove their resort to Higher Authority.
Why you should never offer to split the difference.
The value of a concession goes down quickly.
How to handle an impasse.
How to handle a deadlock.
Mediators and arbitrators.
Why it works so well.
Always ask for a concession when they ask for a small favor.
ENDING NEGOTIATING GAMBITS.
Good Guy / Bad Guy.
How you can get more at the end by Nibbling.
The number one pressure point in any negotiation.
How to force a decision.
How to position for easy acceptance.
THE THREE STAGES OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
How hostage negotiators handle tense situations.
How to deal with an angry person.
The importance of gathering information.
How to reach for compromise.
BASIC NEGOTIATING PRINCIPLES.
Get the other side to commit first.
Why you must read every word of the contract.
Why it's important to be the one who writes the contract.
Never change your offer except in response to a specific counter offer, preferably in writing.
Watch carefully for changes in body language.
Look out for funny money.
The power of the written word.

Liverpool allowed to defend crown

Whoa! Although i am very glad that they won (so at least I can look people in the eye when I talk about my team), I wasn't really concerned whether they are allowed to come back next year.
To me, the CL win is 20% fluke and 30% luck. Hey but I am happy!
Let's face it, it's not a team of calibre, yet. And Benitez haven't earned my respect... his investment skills like mine, need a lot of improvement. If not for the players he inherited, his ass would be on the line.
I think the backline is solid enough, what the Reds need is someone to partner Gerrard, with equal calibre - consistent and versatile. Blues have Lampard+Robbens, Devils have Scholes-Giggs, Gunners have Viera+Pires... The spanish duo ain't there yet.
I want to see them back in top 3 in Premiership. CL is just a circus by comparison.. not the acid test of strength, otherwise Gunners would have won last year and Chelsea..
